Hope Grows in the Darkness

There was a moment, as political mayhem unfurled and the pandemic took us into its grip, that the world seemed impossibly dark and grim. This painting —- this garden —- grew out of that moment. It is an impassioned plea to the future, a hope that this too shall pass.
